quick question, so i been taking the car to drift events finally. Usually after an event i'll get the car on the lift, look everything over make sure everything is in place. I noticed on the coolant feed line/return line going into/out of the turbo it almost looks like some crust/dried up coolant. If memory serves me right im 99% sure i teflon'd the threads to those lines in particular. Is this something that happens over time? maybe due to the heat the turbo produces or do the fittings possibly get loose over time?

thinking about re-bleeding the coolant. The car doesn't overheat or anything like that but that did stick out to me.

any help would be much appreciated

setup is:
Redtop SR20
S14 T28
nothing crazy

it's something that happens over time. you're suppose to replace them every now and then because they deteriorate over time.

FYI the coolant feed and return are straight cut threads, meaning Teflon Tape should NOT be used, they require a crush washer. Teflon is only for Tapered Threads

gotcha, so just replace the lines and should be fine?
