so i just swapped an SR into a s13. and it drives perfectly normal UNDER 3500 RPM.. when i hit 3500 rpm it bogs and the rpm drops even tho im still on the throttle... and its only boosting 3psi.. ideas anyone??

Wrong MAF, Coolant Temp Sensor, or harness problem are the most likely issues. You would find this already answered a few ways in the Engine Tech Forum if you used the search in there.

or major boost leak, if u have stock sidemount start there.

I fixed the problem today. Turns out the coupling on my lower cold pipe was super loose.
