Hey Everyone. I just rebuilt a KA S14 stock motor. I'm having problems getting it to start (I've done a search). When I go to start all I hear is the starter cranking. No activity from the motor. The motor is not making a single attempt to even start. I ran through to check all my connections and they're secure. I'm stumped. I'm using the same starter which was on the previous motor which was working with no issues (Autozone/Duralast Brand). Perhaps the starter has gone bad and not strong enough?

I have fuel pressure, new spark plugs, timing set per FSM, fully charged battery.

Am I overlooking something?
