Wow. That's kind of an insult, IMO. This article sounds like it was written by a guy who had never driven a single one of those cars. The 240 can still be fun in stock form.
While I do prefer the SR, the KA is plenty capable both on & off the track whether its boosted or not. More than power, what the 240 needs is updated suspension, an lsd, bigger brakes & chassis bracing.

Didn't bother reading the reasoning because half the cars listed suck ass stock or modded so the point of the list (besides links and shares) is beyond me. Jalopnik is Buzzfeed 2.0.

The 240sx was considered on the level of Porsche when it was released. This review from 89 seems like it got recycled for the FRS/BRZ release. It's funny that they have the same exact talking points. Great handling, but underpowered with wild speculation of a more powerful engine coming later. http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...ed-test-review
