Engine diagnosis sr20det: weird ticking and hissing during shutoff?

Not sure if I’m just paranoid but here goes. I’ve had this car for almost a year so far, put in at least 3,000 miles and the engine hasn’t given me any issues whatsoever. However I’m starting to notice a loud tick every time I pop the hood and a strange hissing noise moments after the engine shuts off by turbo timer, which usually runs 1 min 30 sec. I think it could be the pulleys/belt which most likely haven’t been replaced but most of you guys have dealt with these engines longer than I have so I’d like to hear what y’all think:

Warm idle (tick): https://youtu.be/GKLKpkk2rPE

Rev (2-3k), mind the obnoxiously loud clutch fan: https://youtu.be/Ro9pYENO2Xw

Shutoff on turbo timer (hiss when shuts off): https://youtu.be/mFOjRG3_aY0
