okay hopefully you guys can help me out a bit, to clarify when checking you ball joints you jack the car up and wiggle the tire in and out holding the top and bottom of the tire. I did this and no play was observed.

However when grasping the wheel on the left and right side there was noticible play and i mean VERY NOTICIBLE is this the inner (hard) tie rod or/and the outter tie rod? Or is it some thing else? Thanks for the advise

does it move in and out evenly? if so that would point to a inner control arm bushing IMO. If it moves forward and back that could be tc rod issues.

if you shake the wheel and it moves that is more often than not a hub bearing that is shot if you want to check the tie rods grab them and give them a good shake if they move a lot they are shot

nismo2491: it does move out evenly, but not back and forward.

the head: i agree but it doesn't shake when i grab the top and bottom of the wheel, it only moves when i grab the left and right side of the wheel. i would think that if it was the hub bearing then no matter where i grab it's going to move. correct me if i'm wrong. However i'll try grabing the tie rods and give them a good shake to see what happens.

check the TC rods anyways. they go from the control arm, to a bracket between the core support and frame. the bushing is at the bracket, check that the bushing isn't torn or anything.

I know that the TC rods are fine due to the fact that i have T3 TC rods, and on the end of the rod is a hiem joint with a teflon lining, so in terms of it being loose
i highly doubt it, but i'll double check. thanks

Probably a tie rod end then (outer tie rod)
