Try disconnecting the wires running to the motor & powering the motor directly from a 12 volt power supply. If the motor works, then reverse the polarity on the wires & see if the motor operates with the wires reversed. If the motor operates up & down, then the motor is okay and your problem could be with your switch or your power window amp.
The power window amps are notorious for broken solder joints. You might want to take apart the amp & double check the solder joints on the circuit board. Take a soldering iron & heat up the solder on the board to make sure the contacts are properly soldered to the board. If they are, then take a voltmeter/continuity tester & check the power window switch. Those can go bad also.
