Sr20det won't start

95 s14 w/red top sr20det w/map ecu

When I try to turn the car on, everything cuts off.

I have a battery relocation kit with a 200amp breaker switch to prevent any surges happening. When I take the switch off and connect the power directly to the battery it will start up.

I want to fix this issue but honestly have no idea where to start

I have a similar issue man, it's the current the starter takes to crank. Something is causing it to not have enough CCA TO turn the starter motor over.

I been trying to figure out what it is. My best guess is a bad ground or something.

Trust me man I feel your pain, I regrounded the engine and ran a line all the way back to the battery and it still didn't help.

My car however will start if I keep switching the iginition on and off eventually it will crank over. But it takes like 4-10 tries with her just making a relay click sound and nothing else
That's why I feel there is a bad connection somewhere causing the volts/amps to drop when I turn the ignition.

check the continuity of the breaker switch. If its starts with it removed you might have a bad wire or something there.

you are getting 12v to the fuse box, but not out?
How do you know and where are you testing good for 12 volts at the fuse box, it absolutely nothing works?

Have you looked at the 75amp large fuse, that is the large grey one that supersedes all others in the box. It is your main and it is 75 amps Your 200 amp main is not needed and will fry that smaller main every time. Drop the 200 and make sure you didn't blow the actual main
