Angry Rb25 S13.. Fuel pump wont stop pumping

Ok so you know how you turn the car to the on position, and the fuel pump primes itself for like 5 seconds?? Well mine just keeps pumping!! I know its a wiring problem but im not sure which wire from the ecu i need to splice. And Im also not sure where that wire needs to be run to. Any help would be great!!

S13
RB25
Power fc
full bolt ons
holset hx35
850cc injectors
tuned for e85
500whp 500tq

Now thats issue #1... Heres part 2

Im thinking I now a have a stuck open injector or something is grounding out some of my injectors. Car is hittin the 10:1 afrs. It bogged and died out on me after a nice little splurge on the fwy Car didnt wanna turn over so im assuming it hydrolocked. Got it home and called it a night. Next mornin I pulled the plugs and they were indeed wet. Let the cylinders dry out. Ran compression and had 150 across the board thank God! Pulled off my intercooler and it was COMPLETELY full of e85 (fuel). I put the clips back on the injectors and crank it over. Cylinder one flooded completely. And I wasnt sure if the other cylinders were a little wet or not. And this is where Im stuck at. I dont wanna hydrolock the motor again and have to wait for it to dry..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say a ground issue. Fuel pump relay is in the box next to battery. See if the black with pink gives ground when you turn the key. If that wire gets ground then when you turn the key on it runs forever till you turn it off. Injectors get constant so if it gets ground on the other side then the inj locks open if pumps running then they fill the cyls.
