wheel tugging (strut problem?)

Anyone know what this could be? Whenever I'm turning the steering wheel, my wheel makes a tugging noise. It makes a "tick, tock!" sound whenever I turn the steering wheel heavily. Makes the noise most when I am going about 10-15 mph, and making a U-turn or parking perpendicular. My wheel also jumps a lil bit, just very slightly, can't feel it but you can see it.

Got D2 coilovers BTW.

D2s have pillowball upper mounts, right? Maybe you overtightened one and its not allowing for the top spring hat to turn wtih the strut... this would make the spring bind torsionally and skip around, giving that sort of effect.

Don't know if its possible or not as I don't have D2's. Just something else to look at.

yes D2s do have an upper pillowball mount. I'm going to take my car back to the shop that installed em and see if they can figure it out a second time (first time we thought we got it, but it just didn't pop that time)

less asking, more wrenching. I'm sure if you spent 15 minutes looking around inside your fenders, you'd find the issue.

not trying to offend you in any way by this post, but we can't help you unless you actually go look.
