Racing Seat Help
So I after looking around the internet, It seems that my Bride Artis Navi seat is NOT FIA approved. To begin this topic, correct me if i'm wrong. Assuming it is, would it be possible to buy passenger sliders and simply move that seat to the passenger side? please excuse my - ness

yeah there is no difference when using these seats to switch them from either side, its the rails that determines. and most brides aren't FIA approved

SafeRacer - Auto Racing Safety Equipment, Auto Racing Gear, Auto Racing Helmets, Auto Racing Suits has a ton of seats that are FIA approved.

what do you need FIA for? sometimes you can take a non-fia seat and brace it to the roll cage (if you have one i guess) and that will comply with the rules. This works for NASA stuff, but i dont know what youre doing here...

My issue is that my Artis Navi seat isnt FIA approved and I wasnt to sure about what NASA and SCCA would say if I tried to run with them. Also im not sure how open track events work so Im just tryna be on the safe side

I run NASA events with a non FIA Status seat. I have the drivers seat braced (not bolted) to my roll cage. this seems to make them happy. I used to run just the seat and that was fine too. im sure youll be ok with non FIA

i was about to say the same thing about nasa. NASA arent anal like SCCA about seats or Helmets. lol
FIA seats seem to always come with a premium price tag.
