first of all let me apologize for over reacting, next let me officially say sorry to richard for jumping the gun and assuming that richard was trying to scam me.... There was a mix up with ups when they picked up the wheels. Richard came thru on everything he promised with the sale of a set of wheels. I was to quick to point a finger of blame when there was nothing out of order. That being said, i point at myself and admit that i was being a jerk when i wrote all the negative stuff. Im sorry richard.
