No, I have a credit protection service with my credit card. I made a claim saying that I never got my product and the bank refunded my money. Visa now has to get the refund from chaser and still has not received it.

Since the so called new managment has taken over, has anyone received their products or refunds? Or has anyone ordered from them lately with any sort of experience to tell about? Really wanting DMAX D-1 40mm front fenders for my S13 but absolutely cannot find them anywhere else.

4/2 PM sent of fb asking if they have bumper. 50 minutes later a response saying they do. Ask for shipping quote and get nothing for two days so on Sunday (4/4/15) I go ahead and place my order anyway seeing as I knew this company would be the type not to respond.
4/4 Payment for bumper was sent 4/7 send pm asking when payment will clear? 4/8 Payment Clears and he finally PMs me back with the shipping quote. I send him a screenshot sayin the payment cleared, to which he responds with "ok working on processing order pulling and ready for shipping while office guys do paperwork bud" (quote taken from pm) 4/16 I send email asking for update...nothing. 4/23 send another pm asking for response/update....nothing 4/29 I just sent a PM asking for an update and explaining that this is completely unnacceptable. I am only two states away it does NOT take a month to process and get a bumper YOU HAVE IN STOCK shipped out. at this point I've called atleast once a day from 4/16 until today 4/29 and you can't leave voicemails since their inbox is full. (presumably other pissed off customers of theirs) DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN PICK IT UP IN PERSON. glad I chose to go through PayPal on this. I'm trying REALLY hard not to file a claim but my car has been sitting at the body shop with no answer as to where my bumper is.... |

at this point I could honestly justify driving the two states over to their location (if it's actually where it says it is) and figuring what the shit is going on in that place.

not to mention they're the only company other than extreme dimensions that has a Vertex s14 Zenki bumper "in stock". I can't even buy a "real" one (origin, version select, vertex) without waiting at minimum 6-8 months time I don't have

oh they totally do! my old front bumper I just destroyed was a Chaser...which is why in spite of all their negative reviews I gave them a shot. It wasn't perfect don't get me wrong, but WAYYYY better than my old hardtop (for s2000) that I bought from ED

Chaser sucks.
Ordered front and rear overfenders for my s13 on the 3rd Read some bad reviews I should have read earlier and decided to cancel my order, sent them an email saying I wanted to cancel my order On the 14th my cards was charged anyway ($573) Still my order says pending on chasers site I've called probably 6 or 7 times and nobody answers I've emailed twice with no response Straight up fuck chaser aero I've ordered thousands and thousands of dollars worth of things on the internet, mainly car parts, and have never dealt with a worse company in my life |
