SR Brand New Lifters

i have an s14 sr20det which is making a lovely tapping noise that sounds like its coming from the head. opened it up already and everything seems to be sitting fine. i wanted to bleed the lifters since i know its a common problem, but was able to find a full set of new ones for a price i couldn't pass up. figured brand new for cheap would be even better than cleaning out my old ones. in any case, i got the new ones and intend to put them in but had some questions for anyone who has installed new OEM lifters before. they come in sealed plastic baggies and looks like they're soaked in some sort of oil straight from the factory. also i notice that the top part does not push in at all. ive heard that when fully bled they shouldnt move at all so i just wanted to verify whether thats normal or not? also, is the oil its soaking in in the bag ok to put into my engine or do i need to bleed these again in some new engine oil?

thanks!
