So I narrowed down my DEAD car problem...
So after some helpful people on here told me to check if my tire had rubbed my harness I did that and it was tore up. Today I redid the harness and tucked it up higher. Went to start the car and nothing still totally dead... I started poking around and low and behond I noticed the positive battery cable was connected to a bolt down fuse before it split to the fusebox cable, and another cable (starter or alternator I didnt follow it). Well I had 12v on the battery side of the fuse and nothing on the other side. Now here is where I have a question... I noticed it is a Littlefuse MEGA 32v 175a fuse... The guy at the parts store only had a 12v 175a fuse which seemed to be right anyways since a car is only 12v correct? Well I changed the fuse out with the 12v one and put the key in and noticed the clock was on YESS FIXED! turned the key, fuel pump comes on YESSSSSS!!! Turned the key to start it, CLICK. Everything dead again... check the fuse and its dead So now I am stumped again and need some help troubleshooting. I'm posting pics of my setup as well.

All I have to say is "I told you so!" Haha, just kidding. My advice, if you have the resources, is to try and find someone who can do a starter draw test. Then, go out and buy a 12 volt fuse that is rated approximately 20% over what your max starter draw is. You could go out and try to find another fuse exactly like the one that blew, but I always say to use the right part for the right job.

You could connect the wires without the fuse, but it definitely wouldnt be as safe. If your cables grounded out anywhere, then your car could likely end up a pile of ashes. Its up to you though; Figure out proper fuse? Or, smoke, ashes and possible death and injury? Your choice.

For the sake of testing you could directly wire them. But only for testing otherwise you will be in very great danger of a fire. I would check if the wires are grounding out anywhere.

yea, listen to gonshik007 and make sure your cables arent grounding out. That sounds very possible since they are blowing a 175 amp fuse.
