s13 KA24DE Idle Adjustment Screw Missing/Fell Out

Just like the title my idle adjustment screw on the intake mani is gone, missing, and i can only guess was super loose and fell out while i was test driving my car after recently rebuilding the motor, now it cant hold idle obviously this is no good,

searched all over and on google and catch seem to find the thread pitch and size for a good replacement screw at Ace hardware, i dont have any other iacv to get this screw from and dont want to go to a junk yard for one,
if anyone has a pic of the screw fully out so i can find something similar that would be great!
Please help soon, need to get fixed!

Dude just go to junk yard and grab one. Its going to be hard for you to find something that fits in there.

Hopefully you were talking about the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body, if you were i check my spare one and i got a pitch of .5 metric and with a hole size of 4 metric. Hopefully this is what you were looking for.

Put some nail polish on the replacement.
That keeps it pretty tight

Nail polish would work great if you in need of something quick to work, otherwise i would recommend Loctie Green.

neither of the idle adjustment screws should fall out on its own. The one on the iacv should have a groove with a rubber seal on it to avoid vacuum leaks and prevent it from moving, the stopper screw on the TB should have a counter nut to prevent it from moving.
This is why you got to do things right guys...
