I bought a DIF fan controller. Only one of the two fan outputs actually worked. It was claimed "Works great and never had any problems with it."

I attempted to make contact multiple times about this and received no response.

EDIT: The seller had responded to my texts. For some reason I did not receive them - but have seen screenshots w/ time stamp to show he did indeed respond. At this point he has issued a refund.

That being said, I have no negative comments at this point. Guy was straight up with me. I can appreciate that.

If you used PayPal,you can file a claim and get your money back.

Thanks, I am in the process currently. I have never had any issues on here before..unfortunate.
