Get some hose at your local parts store that is oil safe, and since it goes right over the exhaust mani, check what types of temps it can withhold. the hose it self sees very minimal pressure and some oil vapors

Dude, get 4-ply silicone 5/8" hose. It's usually rated at 500+*F ... I use that and have it wrapped in that heat-tape from O'Reilly... not that it is needed, but I like overkill lol.
The only piece I can think of that you'd be missing is a hose clamp

I dont see how you would clamp it the, the hose claps to a little metal elbow thing then the metal piece goes into the valve cover but nothing holds it in it just slips right back out

The T in the valve cover is an interference fit. It should be pressed in and stay in. If not, pull the T out, clean the port the T slides in, and the T piece extremely well with acetone. Mix some JB weld up and coat the outside of the T piece lightly. Slide into the hole and hold it there until the JB weld sets up. Then continue on with your day.

As jr_ss stated, it just presses in. If it is popping out on you, then you either do not have it pressed in fully (tap lightly in with rubber mallet) or you need to do as he described.
