that "air filter" can't possibly be any good at filtering air. I hope that is a junk engine, trash.

I would spray 100% methanol preturbo not water.
100% methanol flashes quicker and will widen your compressor map.

Not the most effect spot, but your bov will spray your mix out of the system if not recirculated, and could be a fire hazard.
Why not cold pipe or intercooler, if not direct port? Why pre turbo? That's not even injection that's like suction and you wouldn't even need a high pressure pump.

Absolutely need a high-pressure pump. You also need a check valve to make sure it doesn't spray until it has full pressure. You cannot have water droplets hitting the face of the compressor wheel, needs to be a very fine mist. Methanol is preferable because it will flash quicker than water. Pre-turbo will simply widen the compressor map. The nozzle really should be closer to the turbo though. If you're looking to turn the boost up and run more timing on pump gas like you would on a race gas tune then you'll need more methanol than you would want to spray pre turbo. In that case you need to put a single nozzle in the cold pipe or you can run a direct port system. If you run a direct port system in the intake manifold you will need to use a solenoid because there will be vacuum pulling methanol through the lines when not in boost if you don't. Using a single nozzle in the cold pipe
does not require a solenoid as there's no vacuum before the throttlebody.

I wouldnt use 100% meth because if it lights off there will be trouble.

50/50 is fine. The place you spray it (before/after) isn't as important as the distance from the engine. Phase changes that occur before the intake valve (water that turns to a gas state before it is trapped) contribute to increased turbo mass flow (lower IAT). Phase changes that occur after the water is trapped in the combustion chamber do not contribute to IAT drops (no mass gain effect) but there is still an EGT/combustion temp lowering effect as the phase change occurs there instead, fighting detonation. So injecting it pre-throttle body does not have the same air mass-increasing benefit because fewer water molecules have a chance to change phase before it reaches the chamber, where injecting it pre-turbo or just after the turbo will allow it more time to absorb energy and evaporate. Usually we want a little of both.

note that at some distance there is diminishing returns. i.e. as the length of pipe between the water injection and the engine approaches infinity, water will have a chance to all change phase, and re-absorb enough energy from the environment to return to it's original temperature. Remember that ideally you are moving temp from inside the pipe to outside, transfering energy out of the plumbing (such as through an intercooler, an ideal place for this to occur). however if we drop the temp of the intake air lower than that of the ambient air, the intercooler will work in reverse, heating our intake charge (you would be better off without one at that point). A well thought out system will include IAT sensors and re-position the water nozzle to achieve best IAT.

I have run meth injection for 15+ years and have never had or personally seen a fire caused my meth injection, and it is very popular in the Tampa Bay Area. Use the proper lines, fittings, pump etc and you will be fine.
100% methanol will always work better than water. Especially if being sprayed preturbo like was asked about.
A bad ass pump gas set up is a small jet pre turbo along with a direct port system.
