1990 240sx hatch

first off I apologize for the terrible pictures. feel free to have me text you more pictures or information.

WRX, EVO, CTS, 4 door luxury cars, 300c,
I'm not interested in another 240, or motorcycles. feel free to offer up but please don't low ball me I am asking far less than what I feel the car is actually worth/what I have put into it.

I'm sure there are a few other things I'm forgetting but the car is not far off from being super clean!
I have been working on this car on and off for the last 4 years, however I no longer have time or energy for the car, and have decided to sell it. the motor has about 600 miles on a fresh build runs flawlessly I have been daily driving it around Portland. I spared no expense in building the engine. I will include all the left over painting supplies, 240sx parts and any other thing I feel should go with the car
let me make this clear I do not NEED to sell the car I want to sell it!

Exterior
Fresh paint: color tuxedo black
350z wheels
Oem Type x front bumper
Jdm as fuck fiberglass front lip( unsure of brand but I've never seen another one like it)
Oem type x slide skirts
Oem type x rear valance (missing the center piece, not sure where it went)
Circuit sports crystal clear front bumper running lights
Brand new type x front turn signals
Circuit sports crystal clear 180sx taillights
New Nissan type x lower twilight garnish
Pop up sun roof
Nissan hood with uras fiberglass hood vent installed (small crack on one side)
Locking carbon fiber "aero catch" style hood latches

Breaks and suspension
Z32 front calipers ( rebuilt by me 500 miles ago)
Z32 rear calipers ( rebuilt by me 500 miles ago)
Front and rear stainless steel braided brake lines (500 miles on them)
Font and rear slotted and cross drilled rotors
Ceramic break pads
New s13 front lower control arms and bushings
Abercrombie super steering knuckles
New s14 inner tie rods
New Abercrombie outer tie rod ends
New front five lug conversion
Z32 rear five lug conversion
180sx 5 bolt V-LSD (supposed to have stronger axles than 6 bolt)
Fresh redline gear oil
New rear upper adjustable control arm
New adjustable rear reaction arm
New adjustable rear toe arm
Adjustable front tension rod
Brand new powered by max competition coil overs (less than 100 miles on them)

350z wheels or will sell the Vienna's for a higher price

Reclining Bride replica seat, on a slider rail

Driver and passenger takata 4 point cam lock harnesses(lost part of the harness in moving, lap belts are complete, shoulder straps need the metal part that bolts to the chassis. Can be easily made)

Auto meter electric oil pressure gauge
Auto meter electric water temp gauge
AEM wide band gauge, brand new
Full right hand drive conversion
Replaced the entire firewall and cowl panel

Oh good goodly moogly. There is so much work in this car! Absolutely beautiful. Good luck selling! I'd consider offering you a trade, but it's nothing you're looking for and we're too damn far apart.

Awesome build. Quick question if you don't mind but was the bras vent molded on to the factory hood?
