hi guys any help would be greatly appreciated, I did my first sr20 rebuild and I am getting almost no fuel pressure after fpr, about 1 to 2 psi, I am getting above 60psi going into the fuel rail, so I think there is a problem in the between the fuel rail and the fpr. I have tried to switch to stock fpr and still the same as the nismo and have tried a different fuel rail. tried googleing for hours and am getting extermly frustrated and just want to get my car running again, so any help would be greatly aprrectiated

The FPR is what controls your pressure. You measure your fuel pressure before the fuel rail and fpr. You see minimal pressure on the other side of the fpr since its just the return line back to the tank.
But if you're seeing 60 psi before the rail, you need to crank that down to 40-42 psi static (meaning disconnect the vacuum line to it while you adjust it down).

Are you sure you have not mismatched fuel pressure/fuel return line ... ?

Just as Flip said, you shouldn't have pressure after the regulator, only volume.
