If it were me, I'd use it as an excuse to do an S14 subframe conversion.

My S13 subframe is fine and got lazy doing such conversion since everything else is fine.

And whats the point of a s14 subframe conversion?? Wouldnt that be a waste cause i would have to get rid of all my s13 suspension parts....

Do as the people stated above me. However, keep that shit at the track, not on the street. Idiots like you kill innocent people. We've all participated in stupid shit on the streets, including myself, but it is not the right place for it. You are lucky you didn't get seriously injured or injure someone else.

Replace front and back they are both done for, if you don't have plans to be going into any amateur or pro drift circuit the S14 sub has better geometry then the S13, not all of your S13 parts would go, if you have RUCA they are interchangeable and your coilovers will still be S13. There might be others but I cant remember. Its hard to tell in the pictures but it doesn't look like you have any aftermarket suspension back there.

O ok the rear is still stock and same as the front only really has a few parts but by switching to the s14 subframe would i have to get new coils or would my 13s be fine?? just wondering cause i wont have the money to be doing all that at once and when switching to a s14 subframe does it bolt right up like the s13 or do i need to modify somethings??

Just trying to see what i would get into before looking into it everything completely

thanks for all the help guys

yes you can still use the same coilovers in the rear. And to fit an s14 subframe into an s13 you'll need some conversion bushings.

And if you need a front crossmember, I happen to have one for sale off of a JDM s13

do you guys think the s14 subframe is better for drifting then the s13 i was doing some reasearch on the swap and some people were saying the s14 is for grip racing s13 for drifting what do you guys think??

I think it does not matter unless you are fitting rose jointed arms and rose joints in your knuckes, new bushes everywhere else, fit adjustable ARBs and adjustable ARBs droplink, correct the roll center height, fit quality coilover (quality = bilstein, penske ... no the usual japanese stuff) and corner weight the car, i.e spend the price of a couple of houses on your car.

TL;DR version:
don't bother unless you are making a living out of it AND it is allowed by regulations.

Last I checked if you enter any type of drift competition that is a direct lead into to FD you have to keep the stock sub-frame. Just go get a S13 sub, there is enough R&D into them these days to make them not to much worse then a S14 sub.
