Well I plan on Recirculating my BOV, but I'm curious on where I should put it.

I'm not moving my BOV to the cold side, I want to see if I can route it from where it's at now.

I've been told it should go before the MAF?

But anyways heres a shot of the motor. It's a Greddy BOV btw. If the car didn't come with a BOV I would of never put one.

Don't mind the dirty bay ! Haha

Any ideas/tips? Thanks Zilvia.

If you recirc it, it must go after the MAF sensor. It is metered air so putting it ahead of the MAF does you no good. You might as well vent to atmosphere.

^ yup

looks like you have the stock intake tube,. so you probably have the stock recirc hole plugged

if you flipped you BOV around 180, it'd probably be a straight shot any way

Alright I'll check it out today. If it dosn't have the recirc hole then what would be the best option to mount it?

If its the stock rubber intake it will have a port to recirc. Flip the bov around and use rubber hose.

Just checked, and it's not the stock one. :/

So would I be able to just buy one stock one and swap? Or is there another way?

Why do I still remember that drink?! Hahaha.

But like I said .. If it never came with, if never even put one. I don't care about the sounds they make.

yeah buy the stock intake or you can buy one of those cheap intake hard pipes on ebay. the build quality isnt the best but it does have all the ports stock pipe has.

Looks good ! But how would I go about with putting a circulation tab to plug the bov to?

Just noticed that enjuku swapped the hot pipe with no bov flange from their specials to the cold pipe on their specials. That would have been perfect for $25.

Might wanna check the tube every few days. Im betting it will get hard and crack from the heat.

What is a circulation "tab" and what do you mean plug the bov to? The Bov (bypass valve) relieves pressure from the hot-pipe, back into the air inlet (before the turbocharger) Nothing is plugged.

This particular home depot hose gets soft when exposed to heat, that is why those hose clamps are in place, to keep it from collapsing. It has been on the vehicle for over 1 year now, but it should be replaced with a solid aluminum pipe (and proper couplers) or a simple silicon hose for sure.
This was just a temporary fix so the car could drive daily... but it wound up working consistent and without falt, so its been that way ever since...
