Hey so I've been having a bogging issue with my car, it runs fine when it is cold, unlike others people's problems i have heard, and gets progressively worse. Feels like it is almost stalling but is okay after around 3k rpm's. I just replaced my fuel pump with a Walbro, and gunna do the fuel filter today. Any suggestions of what else it can be?

Little cracks onto the air intake may cause those problems, verify couplers and any junction. Does it smokes ?

It only has the problem when it gets warm. It has a ck code of misfire # 3. just changed the plugs, cap and rotor.

check all your fuel lines for kinks

adjust the tps to 45-50 with a volt meter, if not than check maf sensor and its connection. if still no fix than start the car and play with the egr. with the car running, lift the egr open and your car should die, it should move fairly easy and that will tell if egr works propperly.

this wouldn't cause it to run like crap after it gets warm..if the lines had kinks it would run like crap right after you start it..maybe a bad filter...does it miss when it's idleing? check you wires for any burnt spots, could also be the plugs maybe..
