Well, I have a KA24E, and it's idling at about 500rpm
I have tried the Idle Adjustment Screw.
Only other suggestion is the throttle cable.

I want to up the idle to about 1000-1200rpm, but the screw is not working.
Ive turned it clockwise all the way and vis versa while the car is running and no change.
And I was suggesting the only other way to adjust the idle would be through the throttle cable?

Spray some carb cleaner into your intake piping.
Theres an adjustment bolt in the back, behind the intake manifold. Its behind a yellowish triangle support with a hole bored through it.

I know, thats what im saying, Ive tried that screw.
Nothing.
And isn't it bad to spray carb cleaner? I thought it was Intake cleaner?

No theres nothing wrong with spraying carb cleaner. To adjust your idle though I believe you have to disconnect the TPS or adjust it with the engine off then turn it on and see.
