This company appears to be in the United Kingdom. They make a replica Euro spec S14 Z edition rear lip (requires the Euro spec S14 rear bumper):

OptionZero has an OEM Euro rear bumper and Z lip on his car (I think). Check it out in his gallery (http://zilvia.net/f/gallery-165.html).
SRB Power also makes front spoilers for the USDM S14 Kouki front bumper:
SRB Power Ltd - SRB Power S14a Splitters - Type 1 and Type 2 (http://www.srbpower.com/srbpower/s14a-splitters.php)
... and fiberglass and carbon fiber Kouki grilles:
SRB Power Ltd - SRB Power S14a Front Grille - available in FRP or Carbon (http://www.srbpower.com/srbpower/s14a-front-grille.php)
Finally, they appear to sell rebranded or imitation Gravity Gullflame or Axis Halo wheels:
SRB Power Ltd - Ultralite ATEC II - Ultralite Alloy wheels (http://www.srbpower.com/ultralite/atec2.php)
Hope someone finds this useful. Cheers!
