This company appears to be in the United Kingdom. They make a replica Euro spec S14 Z edition rear lip (requires the Euro spec S14 rear bumper):

SRB Power also makes front spoilers for the USDM S14 Kouki front bumper:

You'll also need a euro-spec bumper, since there'd be a decent gap between the lip and a usdm bumper.
