s13 HICAS PS Rack on a Non-HICAS car?

Hey guys, I just recently came up on a S13 after my recent rear ending on my previous S13. I have a issue, the power steering rack on my current S13 is no good and needs to be replaced. I still have my previous S13 and using it as a parts car. My previous S13 has a working HICAS PS rack and I was wondering if I can transfer it over to my non-HICAS car. Is it possible? Has anyone attempted this? What is needed to do this? Any other suggestions would be great. If I cant then I guess ill hunt the local junkyards and see what I can find.

Thanks

The steering ratio is also better with the hicas rack as opposed to the non.
