BC coilover issue

So this weekend i lowered my coilovers, the br series. For some reason, the front passenger side is at a point where i cant go any lower, but it sits the highest from the driver side... any solutions?? the rest of the coilovers sit perfect.

either your doing something wrong or BC did... double check to see if there just isnt something jammed in the threads ..

if that doesnt work, take out one of the collars

Loosen the upper adjuster (the one that the spring sits on) until the spring is loose, as in you can move the spring up and down. Then tighten it back up until it just *touches* the spring. YOu should still be able to spin the spring but not shake it.

You want ZERO preload on those.

Then jam the adjuster nut below that top one, into it (like tighten them into each other) this locks them. Then loosen the third (lowest on, near the perch) way up. Spin that lower part up the threaded part closer to the springs as you want to go. Reattach to the hub and see how low your car is.

Also, count your threads (or just measure carefully) to ensure that the spring perches are sitting at the exact same height. They should be pretty close since you're setting the preload to the length of the spring which will be the same on both sides. Then when you adjust the lower part make sure you count the threads that you leave between the third and second locking collars. Or just make things easy on yourself and spin the lower part all the way up
