wobble/shake on driver side front

I get a wobble/shake at 45 mph on the driver's side front and it will go away if i turn the wheel or go slower or faster than 45 mph. I recently replaced the motor mount on that side, but i didn't have time to do the other one because my roommate had to use the garage and i didn't have oil for the passenger side because you have to remove the oil filter to get to it. I was thinking it might be doing this because the other motor mount(nismo) wasn't installed yet or I think it could be the bushings for the rack and pinion. I've checked all the simple things like alignment, wheel balance, and lug torque, but those are alright. If anyone has any comments that might help i would appreciate it.

I second the tie rods. Only other suggestion is be sure that one of your lug nuts isnt cross threaded on either. It my be torqued right but it might not be coming in contact with the rim.
