problem with cooling system SR20DET

Hello, I need your opinion about a problem I presented in my SR20DET, I tell them the problem if it were! ...

The engine is prepared similar to the Darton sleves, pistons CP, 550 injectors, turbo GT2871R .86, Apexi Intake manifold, Cometic gasket of 1.3mm, Mishimoto radiator and intercooler fontral ...

I am currently loading 19psi with 303 whp, a few months ago I had to tighten the butt and having the presence of steam in the cams and the oil cap, the problem was solved, however I see that when accelerating the car and then I check for bubbles expansion tank and this amount increases it, I must say that the relationship coolant and water should be the order of 70% coolant and 30% water.

My question if it is normal to happen?

I plan to do again the mixture of coolant (G12) and set the thermostat mechanism, however not rule out that it is going compression refrigeration system, however there is no water in the oil and oil in the water, is not coffee I miss ... I have to mention that the original cap of 1.3 bar Mishimoto probe and also with the nissan of 0.9 bar, it happens exactly the same

I say, it's completely normal to have the car modified?.

Please I need your help and advice ...
