New arm bearings, tires, aligment... Car pulls to the right
I just putted new heim joints on my arms(Front Tension Rods, Rear Upper Control Arms, Rear Traction Links, Rear Toe Links) so there is no play, other set of wheels with brand new winter tires on em( F 34 psi / R 35 psi ),front and rear sway bar bushings with new link rods and did aligment . Car had really bad aligment before.
Right now car pulls to the right when i accelerating and left when decelerating (like it comes back to the point where it was in the first place) Tie rods look good cant feel/see any free play Please help me THX |

I would take it back and have them get the caster a little closer. I am not a rocket scientist; but it seems to me that with adjustable tension rods, they should have been able to get it much closer than that... And if my knowkledge of basic accel/decel physics is correct, it could explain your issue.

Take it back to the alignment shop and tell them to do it again, correctly this time.
Some times the car slips when measuring caster, and lazy people dont want to do all the alignment over again (which is needed when that happens), so they just dont bother. And it leads to having a misaligned car. I saw it happening on my car once. When i asked the guy why he would not restart the alignment procedure, he told me he had spent enough time on the car. So i told him to get the car out of the shop and i left, without paying of course. Then i went to a trusted shop, and had a correct alignment done. |

Ill on monday, today they told me i have a play in steering columne and my rack and pinion bushings might be bad.
I fixed the play in the column but nothing changed.. I noticed my rear coilovers have loose nut on the top, ll fix that in the morning and see what happens today the car felt like it was moving from left to the right few times. Car ll only slide/pulls over 30 mph~ |
