when i take a hard turn, especially if the road is bumpy, i can hear my front tire hitting my wheel well. I dropped it with Tein HAs and I dont think its even that low. You can fit 2 fingers in each corner. What can I do to stop this? Will it do the same thing at autox? I've heard of rolling fenders, but I don't kno exactly how to do it.

you should try to figure out if it's just your mud guard/fender liner or if it's the fender... or if it's the wiring harness underneath the liner on the drivers side... or if it's the tire rubbing the coilovers... or if it's the tires rubbing the "fold" where the apron is joined to the... err.. inner fender? -- you an see this if you take off the fender liner.

Unless you're running very low offset wheels (+5mm or lower) you are probably not rubbing the fender, which leaves the next two most likely as "just" rubbing the fender liner (raise car or get stiffer springs/stiffen dampening), or rubbing the coilover (neeeeed lower offset wheels). If you're rubbing coilover, you're probably running a Honda-offset wheel, i.e. 17x7 +45mm.

If you're "just" rubbing fender liner, check to make sure you're not eating through your wiring harness!

My front wheels which are rubbing are stock. I can feel that the tire is real close to the coilover. I'll check later to see what's up like checking the fender lining.

stock wheels will rub with coilovers... buy new wheels or get some spacers.

I don't have problems running stock wheels in front with coilovers, even when taking hard turns. What kind of coilovers do you have?

The only sort of "rubbing" that I get is when I spin, and the wheels are 'pushed' to full lock... something, at that point, seems to get stuck, but I think it's because the tire "rolls" inwards.
Apparently some heavy negative camber will help get rid of this annoying rub/clunk/hitting. Maybe that's what your problem is?

i have tein HAs. no upper mount. i can feel that there isn't much room between the the coilover/spring and the tire.

I think I'm going to try out a 5mm spacer in the fronts, but it sounds to me the tire sorta bounces up into the under fender thing. The wheel well basically. I set my fronts harder than the rears, but I haven't tested it out much.

are you sure the tire is rubbing the coilovers?
check your inner fender...
mine rubs the inner fender since the inner fender misses a couple of screws

my stock steelies with 205/55/15 FM-901s do NOT rub my coilovers (I have about 1/2" of space) and my 16x7 +35 wheels with 205/55/16 tires do NOT rub my coilovers (front) either.

what my 205/55/16 and 16x7 wheels DO rub, though, is the inner fender. At times, it rubs through the inner fender and into that relatively sharp edge/lip of the inner-fender directly above the wheel. You can see this sharp (and unnerving) edge if you take off the fender lining.

My rears are fine now, although I used to rub with my 205/55/15 tires on 15x7 +5 wheels. I have since "rolled" (or rather hammered) my rear quarter panels, and don't have rubbing (tire) problems.

I think I have less than a half inch of space between the coilover and tire. Also, I haven't gotten an alignment yet. Could that also be why it is so close? I might be cambering a bit?

The only sort of "rubbing" that I get is when I spin, and the wheels are 'pushed' to full lock... something, at that point, seems to get stuck, but I think it's because the tire "rolls" inwards. Apparently some heavy negative camber will help get rid of this annoying rub/clunk/hitting. Maybe that's what your problem is?
