SR20VET Burning plugs

Hi everyone, sorry for the question but I'm new to the SR engine platform, and turbo systems. Not new to cars By ways of destiny i ended up keeping my friends SR20VET S14.

My friend told me the car was burning plugs from time to time. Not super often but about every 1000 miles. My question is, what are some causes for the plugs burning out, what types of plugs are you running @ what gaps?

A little on the background of the engine
Fully built sr20det blacktop bottom end, custom crankshaft balanced and machined, rods, pistons, bearings, etc, nissan neo vvl head from a nissan bluebird with mazworks vvl conversion kit, 1000cc injectors, aem high pressure in tank fuel pump, aem twin spark ignition system with aem cdi pencil coils, NGK iridium plugs, aem EMS, borg wagner s256 turbo, tial wastegate.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Will give them a try, any input on why the plugs might be burning out?

I run my plugs well into the .2X range. Factory igniter and DENSO pencil coils.

What plugs are you running? What's your turbo setup? I'm just not sure on why my plugs are getting so hot...
