Please help identify where these go.

So this is my first 240sx, it is a 95 SE with a KA24 engine. I got it and it was running rough after warming up and in gear. I've taken the top half of the intake manifold off and found a tee shaped vacuum line connector in line with the fuel pressure regulator. I checked the vacuum diagram from the manual on the here and found that it should not be a tee. It should either be straight vacuum line or have a straight adapter. I got a universal vacuum line connector, and when trying to connect the part of the tee that goes to the intake the hose ripped. Now I cannot find where the hose should be connected. I can feel a spike but nothing that firmly feels like a vacuum port.

I also have a connector that was never connected and a random bolt found on top of the transmission bell housing. The bolt is 1.25" long, .5" is the threads, 1" is the threads and smooth portion of the bolt.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

All valve cover bolts are accounted for, but that doesn't mean they didn't drop it and just buy a replacement. Will the Emissions plug not being attached cause any CEL?
