It's basically the same. It cranks but wont start. I unplugged the fuel injectors and tried to start it and it started like twice with that process, ran for like 2 seconds, I kept the throttle to the floor trying to keep it alive, but it died. Then I tried cranking it with the fuel injectors plugged in and then pulled a plug to see if it was just getting flooded but the spark plug was bone dry.
Any ideas?

Are you sure you didn't hook up the fuel lines backwards?
I've heard of this happening more then once.
If you pull a spark plug and keep it on the valve cover do you get spark?
Since you have your rail pulled anyways tried to start it a couple of times, does fuel spray out?
At this point I'd check your battery voltage too, if it gets too low the fuel pump won't prime.
