Clutch has no pressure after replacement

Today I swapped out my beat up stock clutch in my s14 for an ACT street/strip clutch kit. After everything was put back together me and a friend bypassed the dampener box and bled the clutch. No matter how many times we bled it there was still no pedal pressure and I couldn't shift into gear. The slave cylinder is not leaking. Everything was working proper before today. Is there a certain way to bleed it? Are we doing something wrong? Any help is much appreciated.

is your master bad? do you notice fluid leaking into the floor of your vehicle?the act clutch will probably kill stock masters and slaves left and right, maybe it blew out when trying to bleed

i've run the ACT level one (i assume that's the street/strip one you're talking about) for a few years without any issue. i highly doubt it could blow a slave during bleeding.

are you sure everything is hooked up right? can you see the slave plunger move when you step on the pedal? the slave probably is blown but it's easy enough to check for other stuff.

I would check both master and slave cylinders. The slaves are extremely cheap at parts stores, so you might want to go ahead and replace it.\

it could be leaking internally which wouldn't be visible but you cause the problem you describe. define "extending the rod on the slave"

yup, had one leak into the cabin under the carpet once
took a while to figure out that was the problem

have someone press the clutch pedal and see if the slave
presses on the fork and moves it
if it does then the clutch wasn't installed properly, TB probably
if it doesn't then it's a hydraulic issue - leak, bad master
does the fluid stay level on the reservoir?
