Depends on your defenition of small, all RC cars are "small", but there are many different sizes. Like the BitChar-G, they are really small like pam size. And the HPI ones are like 1:16 scale I think? They are about less than a foot long.
Are you looking for the ones with gas or electric powered that are pretty heavily modifiable, and reach aroun 40-50mph?. If those are the ones, then you are looking for something like HPI cars. HPI is the best for beginners and advanced people, but there are other companies. Try www.HPIracing.com Someone one here knows tons about em, do a search and you'll fiund out who it is.

i bought a BitChar-G from ebay, and i bought a Digi-Q too, the Digi-Q's are smaller and faster, but the BitCHar-G is cool cuz it charges in like 45 seconds and u can swap motors and body shells and stuff.

HPI is good for beginners. Their plastic composition is very forgiving and their construction in general emphasizes durability over outright performance. They have a good balance in that department. For advanced drivers, there are better cars. They will break though. Everything is lightened and stiffened for maximum performance. Don't expect to hit a whole lot and drive away. BTW, I own a hobby shop and track Reflex R/C and I've been doing R/C for a while now. If you guys have any questions at all, I'd be happy to answer them. Not looking to make a sale, but I just hate seeing ppl getting into the hobby and wasting their money by not doing it right. |
