Angry How hard is it to replace a drivers side door window?

Just woke up and found that someone decided they wanted to break out my window and steal my little sub/amp.. (while leaving my head unit of course) Luckily the only damage is that I no longer have a window in my door. I located a few windows for $20 at local junkyards, but I have never had to replace a window myself. How hard is it if I did it myself? If not, what should I expect to pay to have this installed? Are the windows the same for power and manual operation?

it's not too bad. Pull door panel, and then unbolt the old window remains from your window regulator. reverse for install. don't forget to get all the glass out of your door. Windows are exactly the same between power/manual.
Same for S14 (but s14 is not interchangeable with s13.)

All it really is is 4 10 mm nuts that hold the window on, lower the window all the way down, and you can access them pretty easily, undo the nuts and the window will come right out.

As easy as could be.. took about 15 minutes of dissassembly/assembly, and another 15 minutes cleaning pieces of glass out of the door.
