attn dual z32 caliper users I have a question

What pads are you using and what master cylinder/handbrake.

Also any bleeding troubles?

I also have a Z32 running a dual Z32 calipers in the rear. I am also having issues with it not working properly, but don't think its due to a bleeding issue. I've bled mine 10+ times with a vacuum bleeder, pumping, and gravity bleeder everytime I don't see any air coming out. Are you swapping the calipers to the stock side before bleeding them. the bleeder needs to be pointing up for all the air to escape.

Im running a modified (longer handle) Ksport hydro ebrake set up with the no-name MC that came with the K-sport handle.

I have tried the following pads with the following results:

1) Cheapo Autozone pads: Could not get it to lock up the rears no matter how hard I pulled the handle

2) Hawk HPS pad: Could only get them to lock up when I really heated up the pads

3) Carbonetic C spec pads (Excellent cold bite) : Lock up a lot better but but not well a slow speeds or without the use of a nice feint. No where as responsive as my stock drum brake setup.

I have just about given up any hope that this this will ever be a responsive as the stock drum setup.

Not sure why youre having a bleeding issue. I would fix that first

Second, your e-brake cylinder may be sized wrong. I can't remember which one I used that make it lock instantly. If you have 3/4, switch to 5/8 and vice versa

Also you may have better luck with stock pads as they don't need to be up to temp to perform.

well I bled the life out of it and still not luck, swapped out my cheap pep boys pads to EBC Yellows and first try immediate lock up...Highly recommend those or Project Mu D1 spec. so moral of the story baddass pads and good bleeding( bench bleed etc)
