CA Ca18det not firing

Okay so about 3 months ago I got a ca18det swapped s13 vert. I drove it once since having it and noticed that the carrier baring brackets were stripped out. So I jacked up the car on one side took the exhaust and drive shaft off. Fixed the driveshaft situation then put the car back down and tried to start it up.. Then nothing, just crank and crank and crank, wouldn't even try to fire. Checked all my relays and fuses, found out my alt fuse was blown. Bought a new alt fuse and tried to start it again. Still nothing, blew two more fuses before pulling the engine to pull everything apart to get a better look at stuff and clean it up at the same time. While the engine was out I found the little plastic washer on the back of the alternator was missing. Replaced that and went through my harness multiple times. Didnt see any freys or melted wires. Through the motor back in and tried again, and still no start. It's getting fuel to the rail, injectors are Clicking properly, and I was getting spark in cylinder 1. Desided I would check the others just to be sure, and found that cyl 1 and 4 were sparking constantly while 2 and 3 would spark once and then not spark for a min. Replaced plugs, still no start. Did a ecu self diagnostic and I threw a code 11 crank angle sensor/ cam angle sensor. Pulled cas and spun it and it seemed to be working fine. Bought a cas and ignitor last week and and installed them today, and tried once more. It cranked for a second then gargled like it really wanted to fire. But it just wouldn't.. Then let it sit a second then tried again and it stopped gargling just cranked like before. Did another ecu check and its still throwing a code 11. Don't know what else to do at this point. Anyone have this problem before or have any suggestions?????
