The cops are always ruining things, even safe fun.

On Thursdays a lot of import people meet at a local Subway here, and just chill. Not being loud or anything, just admiring other's cars. This usually lasts about an hour, and we go onto this road on the military base(Ft. Hood) where a few people race. Anyways tonight was the usual night. There we're only about 15 us with a total of about 10-11 cars. Everyone's just talking and looking and guess who shows up. The Police, and they started harrassing us. Not just the usual police behavior but their seriously trying to get someone in trouble. They pull up and tell us we're not allowed to just stand outside. So we all go inside. Then the cop tells us we're not allowed to just sit in there we have to buy something. Well by this time the Subway employees were in the final stages of closing the store. Everyone leaves the store and are on their way to get in their cars and go somewhere else, when about 3 cop cars(including the one who kept bothering us) all pull into the parking lot. Their flashing their lights and using the search light as if this were a drug bust or something. The cops start taking our license plates and say their going to charge us with loitering. Like we're going to get 10-15 years for loitering or something. Anyways, looks like we're going to have to find a new spot. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'> Fuckers.

Ow that sucks. Had the same sort of thing happen to me and my friends down in Tukwilla Wa. We used to cruise down there on fridays to watch the street races. Everyone would meet at 1 of 2 7-Elevens. One night the cops decide to block off all the entrances and take down everyones drivers license # and phone #. They said if any of us were ever to return, we would be arrested for tresspassing. And to think that I even bought chips there. But it wasnt just 10-11 cars with 15 people, this was like between 20-40 cars. We parked anywhere we could find, we had a good 4 or 5 parking lots of cars.

BTW: They can only ticket you for loitering if the owner or employees of the business(es) on that private property request it. &nbsp;

Otherwise, they can fuck themselves with their flashlights. &nbsp;I get fuckin sick of cops being dickheads because they think something is going on..assholes.

Ya i went to one of those races in kent, where you meet up at either 2 of the 7 elevens (i live in bellevue wa). There were so many cars there but now theres like none, i guess they moved gas stations because i saw a group of cars at another gas station. cops ruin all the fun <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

You know, I'm temporarily NOT hating cops at the moment. &nbsp;Tonight driving home I'm doing about 70-75 (speed limit 55) &nbsp;on the beltline, and I notice a car driving right next to me for a couple of seconds. &nbsp;I look over, and its a cop. &nbsp;We make eye contact, and Im like "Oh fuck...". &nbsp;She makes a sign to slow down, and takes off. &nbsp;Maybe it had something to do with the fact I was driving a chevy cavalier. &nbsp;hehe...

Samething here, grant, onebadm5 and myself sometimes go to this "meet" at a local longs drug store and the cops always show up and try to start trouble.

It pisses me off that the cops screw with you when everybody is just chillin and doing nothing. &nbsp;To me thats the best thing for the cops becuase everybody is in one place and not out on the streets screwing around. &nbsp;I just don't get it, the cops run you off and thats when the trouble starts. &nbsp;People just run off and start speeding all over town after that.....atleast thats what happens here.

We have a giant place with lots of parking called Orange Lulep here (I think it's orange julius or something for the rest of you) but every thursday for about 3 hours people meet and greet, usually there are lots of wanna be's a few real nice cars and lots of on looks, it is like a mini car show, anyways. Everyone knows about it, it's been going on since days of the 440 and 426 hemi... so no one will ever complain, but last year, one time there was no cops (usually the cops just onlook to keep things under control) but this one time they let it alone and every jacked out civic to integra to freakin pimped geo metro decided it was a great oppertunity to race and do burn outs, well.. chaos, arrests and a serious scarlet letter was cast upon the import community here, so I applaud you guys for keeping it simple with no supervision, and wish that the rest of you who are ruining it for us on a daily basis would blow your head gaskets and leave coolant into your engines till your car siezes and dies.
