Sorry for just now getting back to you man, I'm hardly ever around anymore with my schedule. The only things you need to mount it in your 240 is someone who can weld the mounting tabs in, and some grade 8 nuts/bolts to go through the mounting tabs and secure the harness properly in. It was manufactured in May 2010, and has since sat in my room as I got a steal on a Status seat/harness and thus had no use for the Corbeau.
