Hi all,
I'm planning on swapping to a different transmission.
For this swap, i need to utilize a stock sr20det flex plate for the starter.
Is sr20de flex plate same as det? especially the ring gear count and space in between.

Are you referring to the dust shield between the tranny and the block??
If so, they should be. They both use the same tranny

Hi ralliart,
No I'm referring to Automatic trans flexplate (what flywheel would be to manual trans).
Maybe drag guys can chime in and help?

Oh I see.
Yes should be the same. They both should use the same tranny
If my memory serves me correctly, the only time the flex plate changed was on the FWD models as they went to a different tooth count for OBD2 (which wouldn't apply to this case)

ah hah... I was actaully looking at fwd flexplates as they are much easier to source. essentially, all I just need from it is to start the car.
