SR de vs. det flex plate. Are they same??
Hi all,
I'm planning on swapping to a different transmission. For this swap, i need to utilize a stock sr20det flex plate for the starter. Is sr20de flex plate same as det? especially the ring gear count and space in between. |

thank you but you didn't answer my question. Automatic uses flexplate manual uses flywheel. question. is sr20de flexplate same as sr20det flexplate. both would be automatic obviously. |

Oh I see.
Yes should be the same. They both should use the same tranny If my memory serves me correctly, the only time the flex plate changed was on the FWD models as they went to a different tooth count for OBD2 (which wouldn't apply to this case) |
