Whats up guys, I have a stock 95 s14 with a KA. All stock except for an exhaust system.
I had this problem for a while now but am reaching out for help. One day in a rush I put oil in the car, checked a few other things but left the oil cap off. A bunch of the heat insulation that goes in the hood was missing but other than that nothing.
The only bad thing now is that it sounds like the engine is suffocating, I cant shift past 4k without my engine feeling super overloaded and making my belts squeak.
it sounds like when you get something caught in a vacuum cleaner.
I took the exhaust side off, and nothing seems to be caught up. Dropped the oil pan and nothing seems to be there, and nothing when I took the valve cover off. The car runs fine but it has no power :(
I am lost on what it can be and am just driving it as it is.
Anyone run into any issues when they left their oil cap off and kept driving? Pleas help :D
