Car overheated now horrible knock started vid inside

Yeah you spun a bearing. Does the oil look like a milk shake? im guessing you popped the head gasket and coolant got into the oil

No oil looks perfect which is weird

You have a blown head gasket, possibly blew out the rings. When my hg blew I had no water in the oil. It would just constantly overheat. Didn't think it was the hg because the oil was clean and just kept trying to bleed the system more. Ended up blowing my ringlands out because of it.

Also that's definitely rod knock. Go ahead and pull the motor

Compression test first, then leak down. Don't just start ripping into it, know what you're getting into first.
