Please help identify

Just picked up an sr20 from a guy and to put things mildly the guy is terrible at anything mechanical I found a bunch of stuff wrong with it and missing. Could anyone help me identify what goes here?

I believe those are for the coolant temp sensors. Ones for the ecu, the others for the gauge cluster
