Hx35 oil restrictor needed?

Hey guys. Rebuilt my hx35 again thinking i had an issue with the turbine shaft seal and i had a toasted bearing in the engine so i figured i could rule out one possibilty and avoid catastrophic failure down the road. I can idle the car all day but as soon as i start to drive and demand some work out of the turbo, oil begins to seep past the turbine shaft seal as it is coming out where the center section meets the exhaust housing again.

Anyone here running an hx35? Is a restrictor suggested?
