1jz vvti timing belt question

Wondering if anyone knows which marks on the cam gears should be lined up the marks on the backing plate on the head. I have the crank gear dot lined up the with mark on the block for TDC, now I'm not sure if it's the dash marks on the cam gears or the dots.

Picture is not my motor, just one I grabbed online to show the two marks.

The pink marks need to be in the 12 o clock position and 0 on the crank pulley

i would do the same...
